This sound healing session is designed to be an extension, a little extra pampering and self-care which just happens to last approximately 90 minutes. In addition to using Tibetan singing bowls, bells, drums and other sound healing tools, I tend to bring in the elements somewhat during the longer sessions to help anchor the frequencies into your energy field.
