Somatic medicine…where the body and mind meet. Where the body-mind has the ability to come forward, heal and stretch its wings.
Lots of physical movement here…lots of stretching. Lots of time simply moving around as the bodymind feels the need to. Dancing if you feel the need. After all — the more the body is able to move, the more open the body, and the stronger and more open the mind. The more open the mind, the easier it is for the wings to spread and for you to fly into increased wellness and wholeness.
