Usui Reiki at this level is all about caring for the Self. Healing the Self. Allowing all those issues which have been stuck in your energy system to release and heal.
This course can be taught to individuals or can be offered as a group class, if enough people are interested. This level of Usui Reiki can also be taught as a distance learning course, but I feel has more of an impact in person and is a bit easier to teach in person — particularly when it comes to showing variations of hand positions and so on.
