Foresting Therapy is exactly what it sounds like: Spending time out in nature, out in the local forests working with the energies and the beings of that area…carrying out the healing work that is being called for and needed.
All the forest healing work being carried out will be in local forested lands in Yavapai or Coconino Counties, preferably near a water source.
As a nationally registered and Arizona state Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), I am not only well acquainted with the woods and managing those energetics but also well equipped to manage any emergency that should arise due to an injury or illness.
Foresting Therapy sessions start out at 60 minutes once we’ve arrived at our agreed upon destination, but it is not unusual for these sessions to extend well beyond that 60-minute timeframe. Any additional fees — if there are any — will be discussed at the end of the healing session.
